We use cross-platform technology (Flutter or React Native) in most cases because it allows having iOS and Android with a single development, which reduces time and cost without sacrificing quality. We do native (Swift/Kotlin) when the project has very specific performance requirements, special hardware access or complex integrations with the operating system.
Yes, we handle the entire publication process on App Store and Google Play. This includes creating developer accounts (if you don't have them), preparing assets (icons, screenshots, descriptions), complying with each store's requirements and doing basic ASO optimization so your app is easier to find.
