It depends on the size and complexity of the project. A basic plan (simple app or web) can start from €300-500/month. Medium projects (platforms with integrations) are around €600-1,200/month. Complex projects (SaaS, multiple systems) can start from €1,500/month.

All plans are monthly without commitment. We give you a fixed price according to your specific project.

We mainly work with software we developed ourselves, as we know the code thoroughly. We can also study existing projects if the code is in good condition, well documented and uses technologies we work with. In these cases we first do an audit to evaluate feasibility and necessary effort.

Small improvements can be included in the monthly maintenance plan. For important new features or complex integrations, we treat it as a separate one-off project with specific budget. This makes it clear what is maintenance and what is new development.

Yes, all plans are monthly without commitment. If you decide to cancel, we deliver all updated documentation and source code so you can continue with another team or internally. There are no cancellation penalties.

For critical incidents (system down, serious errors preventing application use) we respond in less than 4 hours. For medium incidents (errors partially affecting) in less than 24 hours. For non-urgent queries or improvements, in 48 hours. Times can be adjusted according to contracted plan.

Yes, we configure automatic backups of database and files according to project criticality (daily, weekly or monthly). We also establish a disaster recovery plan so you know what to do if something serious happens.

If traffic increases significantly or scalability needs appear, we proactively notify you and propose infrastructure improvements. This may adjust the maintenance plan cost according to new technical requirements.
